WordCamp wordt volledig georganiseerd door vrijwilligers en de enige inkomstenbronnen zijn de ticketverkoop en de sponsorbijdragen. We streven ernaar de ticket prijzen laag te houden voor bezoekers (slechts €20 voor 2 dagen) om het evenement voor iedereen toegankelijk te houden.
